Product Description
The Humasis COVID-19 Variant RT-qPCR Kit is a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2 in human nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs of individuals suspected of COVID-19. It is also possible to detect SARS-CoV-2 with mutation in the S gene as follows (S477N/T478K/E484A/Q493R/Q498R/ N501Y/Y505H).
