Privacy Policy

Humasis Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') values the personal information of customers, and complies with the law on "promotion of information
and communication network use and information protection". When revising the privacy policy, the Company will announce it through the website notice (or individual notice).

This policy will take effect from 2020.

Retention and use period of personal information

In principle, the Company destroys the information without delay after achieving the purpose of collecting and using personal information.
However, the following information is retained for the period specified for the following reasons.

B. Reasons for retaining information under relevant laws

If it is necessary to retain it in accordance with the provisions of related laws, such as commercial law, Act on Consumer Protection in E-commerce, etc.,
the Company shall keep the member information for a certain period determined by the related laws.
In this case, the Company shall use the information it keeps only for the purpose of storage and the retention period is as follows:

Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

After achieving the purpose of collecting and using personal information, the Company shall, in principle, destroy the information without delay.
The destruction procedure and method are as follows:

After the purpose is achieved, the information entered by the member for membership is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate document box), is stored for a certain period of time (refer to the retention and use period) according to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations, and then destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than being retained unless required by law.

Method of destruction

  • Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method that prevents the reproduction of records.
  • Personal information printed on paper is destroyed through shredding or incineration.

Provision of personal information

In principle, the Company does not provide the user's personal information to the outside. However, the following cases are exceptions:

  • When it is necessary for product delivery or installation and after-sales service (name, mobile phone number, installation area address)
  • When users agree in advance

Consignment of collected personal information

The Company does not entrust your information to outside companies other than the delivery, installation, and A/S companies contracted with the Company.
If such a need arises in the future, we will notify the customer of the consignee and the contents of the entrusted work and receive prior consent if necessary.
